4.       HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO TRANSFER MONEY WITH THE DIFFERENT PAYMENT SYSTEMS AVAILABLE?

Stanleybet will not charge any fees for any withdrawals made from your gaming account through any method used by you. However, some credit institutions or credit/debit card companies consider bets to be "cash payments", and may charge your bank account or card directly.

5.       HOW CAN I MAKE A WITHDRAWAL?

Withdrawals can be made by selecting the "Withdrawals" item from the "Account Details" section, (which you can access by clicking on the profile icon at the top right) of your Stanleybet.be account.

The withdrawable amounts are only those relating to winnings, i.e. the Withdrawable Balance. The credit will be made through the same payment method used to deposit funds into your account.

Remember that in order to qualify for a withdrawal (even of the minimum amount), you must have made at least one first deposit.

In addition, in order to withdraw, it is necessary to have completed the verification procedure of the Gaming Account, uploading a copy of the document entered during registration on our recognition system. To do that:

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner

Click on "Account Details"

Click on "Upload Document"

Follow the instructions given by the pop-up that will open.

6.       HOW CAN I WITHDRAW BY CARD?

Card withdrawals will only be possible if you have previously deposited using the same card you wish to request a withdrawal with. By selecting this payment method under "Withdrawals" in your account, you will see the last 4 digits of the card used. Simply enter the amount you want to withdraw, and as part of the confirmation process, you'll be prompted to enter your Stanleybet account password.

To complete this request, please send us one of the following documents:

a)       If the cardholder's name appears on the card used for the deposit:

A complete, clear, and legible copy of both sides of the paper.

Only the cardholder's name and the last four digits of the card (front and back) must be legible. You'll also want to cover the three-digit security code (CVV) on the back.

All other information on the front and back of the card must be properly masked. Otherwise, we will be forced to destroy the copy received and you will have to send it back again.

b)      If the cardholder's name does NOT appear on the card used for the deposit:

A prominent copy of an official document proving that you are the beneficial owner.

In this case, the simplest and most immediate procedure is to send a photo or screenshot of the online section of your current account (or your Postepay online account) where your card details are visible.
